Individually served to you, it might be baked bosc pears dressed with yogurt, honey and slivered almonds, followed by a yogurt based belgian waffle garnished with seasonal fruits topped with creme fraiche with a side of baked honey ham. Served on fiesta-like china, it’s a visual as well as a taste feast.
