On November 1, 2005, The Ocean View, our small inn on Kennebunk
Beach, sold as a private residence.
After our winter travels, we returned to Maine to transition into retirement.
Our “retirement” lasted all of three days!! We are now the proud managers and
hosts of The Cottages at Cabot Cove in Kennebunkport, an enclave of
16 designer cottages which we are operating very much like an inn or a bed and
breakfast. Stay with us a night, or two, or more. Each cottage has
its own charm and
personality; each decorated by different interior designers. Cabot Cove
Cottages were
featured in the April 2006 issues of Coastal Living magazine, which called them
“the cutest cottages ever”, and Portland Magazine, which dubbed them “the love
shacks”. Need we say more.
Although our location has changed, we know you will love our lavish gardens and
the tranquility of Cabot Cove. Enjoy a trip down the river in one of our
kayaks or rowboats, or take a short jaunt to shop and explore the picturesque
village of Kennebunkport.

You may remember us from The Ocean View Inn, “the closest you’ll find to a bed on
the beach”. We were the owners/innkeepers of our special inn for 21 years.
As hosts of The Cottages at Cabot Cove , we will continue our commitment and passion to
provide you with genuine hospitality….more than a welcome, a welcome home. A
sumptuous continental breakfast (with surprises) will appear in the morning
enjoyed in the privacy of your cottage or on your patio overlooking the cove.
